ANALYSIS

During the starting part of the project, the team will design and fabricate the frame of the whole robot. After purchasing the parts, they will be joined according to the design that they were made by, which was Autodesk Fusion360. After the body and bottom section were assembled,  the robotic arm, 360 degrees camera, and the water tank will be attached to the top plate of the project. The control valve for water will be attached at the end. The top section parts were fully functional as the camera rotates, and the nozzle was able to spray and move upward and downward by the remote.

Top Section of The Robot

            The important analysis of the top section project will be the velocity of water analysis as it comes from the water tank, the force on the robotic arm with the water velocity, fluid tank characteristics and its dimensions, water tank pressure, water tank stress, and water flow calculations. The right choice of each will help to increase the efficiency of Fire Fighter Robot in controlling the fire.

Bottom Section of The Robot

The important analysis of the bottom section of the robot will be the free body diagram which will help to understand the forces and stresses on the frame. The second important analysis will be the maximum moment analysis for the whole robot. The final important analysis will be the dimension and reaction force analysis due to the load. This will help to improve the speed of the robot.
